Super Wings Toys is an online toy retailer that sells toys and accessories for the super-heroes of the Marvel and DC Comics universes.
But they also sell other toys like toys for kids who are autistic, and they sell toys for people who have spinal cord injuries, among other things.
The online retailer’s sales force, which also includes other toy retailers, including Bunnings, is not registered with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), but the FTC is working to get it registered.
In the past, the SEC has warned super-wings toys from toy retailers like Toys ‘r’ Us may be scams.
However, that is not the case with Super Wings.
In an email to CoinDesk, the FTC told CoinDesk: “The Commission does not have authority to determine whether a company or individual engaged in fraud, but we do have authority over certain kinds of fraud, including the sale of unauthorized goods and services.
The Commission has been aware of Super Wings since it was founded in 2008 and has received complaints about the company’s alleged sales practices.”
The FTC said it has “investigated Super Wings and found that they do not have an active fraud investigation or any enforcement action” and the FTC declined to comment further.
In a blog post, the Super Wings spokesperson said that the company is “working diligently to ensure that its policies and practices are compliant with the laws of the US and around the world”.
The spokesperson also said the company does not sell to anyone under 18 years old and “we are a very small company”.
Super Wings is not a toy retailer itself, but it does sell a lot of toys.
In its 2014 annual report, Super Wings reported that it sells over 1.8 million toys, toys for children with spinal cord injury, and accessories, including toys for adults with spinal cords injuries.
