Why don't all Americans have access to healthcare?

Americans are some of the most privileged people in the world, yet millions still lack access to basic healthcare. This is due to a combination of factors, such as expensive premiums and deductibles, lack of insurance, or even living in rural areas where healthcare facilities are sparse or inaccessible. The increasing cost of medical care means that many people simply cannot afford the coverage they need, and are forced to make heartbreaking choices between medical treatment and other expenses. This gap in healthcare coverage is a national crisis that needs to be addressed with urgency. Solutions include expanding Medicaid coverage and providing subsidies for those who cannot afford insurance, as well as exploring options for providing more affordable coverage through telemedicine and other innovative approaches. With the right policies in place, access to healthcare can become a reality for all Americans.
